Orientation area: Acting
Reflection and adaptation are the key to long-term success. A steering wheel helps you to actively stay on course – but if conditions change, you should consciously adjust your course. Taking action means not only implementing your strategy, but also recognizing when it’s time to readjust.
This orientation area is part of the KAMPINADA® compass, which helps you to make conscious decisions and create sustainable change.
Reflection questions for conscious action
Change is not a one-off act, but a living process. These questions help you – whether as an individual, in a team or in the company – to pause regularly, check whether you are still on course and realign your path if necessary.
Are you really going your own way – or do you already feel the call for correction?
Conscious action does not mean going on and on – it means pausing, sensing and making new decisions.
Questions for your clarity:
- What has moved you emotionally recently – and what is behind it?
- Which action felt right – and which didn’t?
- Is your goal still the same – or is there a new focus?
- What do you need to move forward with confidence or realign yourself?
How well do you manage to align yourselves together?
Teamwork means constant coordination and mutual feedback – without reflection, friction arises.
Questions for your team:
- Have we lived up to our agreements – or do we need an update?
- What challenges have surprised us – and what have we learned from them?
- Does everyone in the team feel whether we are still on the right course?
- How can we improve the way we deal with change?
Do we live what we have decided – or do we just talk about it?
Change requires not only strategies, but also a system of reflection – so as not to get stuck in old patterns.
Questions for your company:
- Where do our actions and our values (still) diverge?
- What internal or external developments are currently demanding adjustments?
- How consistently do we reflect on current initiatives or processes?
- Is there room for honest feedback – and is it listened to?
