Project Description
This is how it works:

Sit down comfortably: Find a quiet place where you can relax for a moment.

Imagine a star: Visualize a star with several points. This can be a classic star with five points or a simple circle with marked points.
- 3
Connect breath and points: With each breath, mentally start at a point on the star.
- Inhale: guide your breath from one point of the star to the next.
- Exhale: Go to the next point.
- 4
Continue until you have gone all the way through the star: Repeat the process as required to further calm yourself down.
