I have often started a blog. I wrote about topics such as self-reflection, mindfulness or team-oriented methods such as retrospectives and evaluation. All important topics – and yet I had the feeling that something was missing. Something that I actually wanted to convey. At some point, I always stopped writing.

Today I understand why: I was in problem-solving mode. I thought: “I’m helping by writing about a specific problem and the appropriate solution.” But this way of thinking doesn’t do justice to reality.

After all, we are all individual, so there is no single solution.

If I suggest a particular tool or method, it will only be useful if it suits you, your team or your organization.

In order to be able to assess which tool or method can really help you, you need clarity. Clarity about what you really want and why you haven’t achieved it yet.

Without reflection, there is a high risk that you will use a tool or method only to realize that it is useless: It does you no good.

I have now found the connecting link that I was missing: the KAMPINADA® compass.

What you can expect in this blog

This blog will reflect the structure I have always wanted. It is directly aligned with the KAMPINADA Compass and provides content that will help you on your journey – whether you are an individual, team or organization looking for more clarity.

The articles are divided into two dimensions:

The areas of the compass

Each contribution is assigned to one of the four areas – goal, identity, strategy or action – so that you can find the specific impulses that will help you in your current situation.

The target groups
Whether you work as an individual, in a team or for your company – there is specific content for each of these contexts.

You can use this blog to:

  • reflect on your personal goals and gain clarity.
  • improve the dynamics and cooperation in your team.
  • Shape transformations in your company strategically and sustainably.

Why I am writing this blog

I firmly believe that we can all live our uniqueness – whether we are acting alone, in a team or as a company.

When we embrace our uniqueness and humanity, we can accept ourselves – and others – unconditionally. This is precisely the basis for creating great things together.

With the KAMPINADA process, I would like to give you a tool to help you achieve exactly that. Clarity is the key – and I am here to show you how you can find it for yourself.

Let’s get started

Over the next few articles, I look forward to showing you how the 4-step process works and how you can use it for yourself, your team or your company. No matter where you are right now: change starts with clarity – and you can take the first steps here.
